About Vinaya

Welcome to My Web Home

The phrase “Prevent than cure” may sound a little unfamiliar, but it’s inspired by the age-old wisdom: “Prevention is better than cure.” While many of us may feel we’ve already passed the stage where prevention was possible, it’s never too late to take small, intentional steps toward restoring balance in our bodies and lives.

This space is my humble effort to help you recognize and address the early signs of imbalance, before they turn into more serious health concerns. Our current medical system, like any other system, has its limitations. Often, it focuses on treating symptoms rather than addressing root causes. That’s why I believe in the power of alternative, natural approaches, many of which begin right in our kitchens. For generations, women carried this knowledge, an understanding of how to care for the body and recognize when something wasn’t right. In today’s world, much of it has been forgotten. But if you believe that losing health is losing everything, you’re in the right place.

These courses aren’t about showcasing my accomplishments or my role as a mother of six. They’re about sharing practical, time-tested guidance for those who feel something is off but don’t know where to start. These short video lessons bring you back to the basics: eating on time, sleeping well, and listening to your body. There is no one-pill solution for health issues rooted in lifestyle. True healing begins with small, sustainable changes. Our ancestors understood this well, prevention cared not just for the body, but also for the mind and the world around us.

These videos are a simple effort to guide you back to that understanding. And if you feel you’re past the point where prevention alone can help, I’m here. Through one-on-one consultations, we can begin the work of restoring your health—naturally and with care.
